Questions

What people ask before the first call.

What does a project cost?

It depends on scope, integrations and how much you contribute yourself. Two websites that look alike can differ by a factor of five in the work behind them. After the first call you get a fixed price in writing, with the scope named, before anything starts.

Is my idea safe if I tell you about it?

Yes. We sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share details, and we never reuse a client's idea or data.

Who owns the code, the accounts and the data?

You do. Code sits in your repository, hosting and domains run in your name, and data stays in the EU where it matters. There is no lock-in.

Can you handle a big project?

Yes. Three people lead NexRole, and the team behind them is put together for each project. Big work is cut into pieces that ship, so you see working software every week.

Where is my data hosted?

In the EU, and in Germany where the project needs it. We sign a data processing agreement (AVV, Art. 28 GDPR) with you on request.

How fast do you reply and start?

You get a reply within one business day. After the first call and the written quote, most projects can start within a few weeks.
