Right of Withdrawal
Applies to distance contracts concluded with consumers.
Our services are addressed to entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB, who have no statutory right of withdrawal. If a contract is exceptionally concluded with a consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB by distance communication, the following applies. This is a translation provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the German version prevails.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us (NexRole Solution GbR, Magdeburger Ring 50 C, 76344 Eggenstein-Leopoldshafen, Germany, email: info@nexrolesolution.com, phone: +49 176 56005148) by means of a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email, of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction for this reimbursement, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
If you requested that services should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportionate to the services already provided up to the point at which you notify us of your withdrawal, compared with the full coverage of the contract.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
For a contract for the provision of services, the right of withdrawal expires early if we have fully performed the service and only began performance after you gave your express consent and simultaneously confirmed your awareness that you would lose your right of withdrawal upon our full performance of the contract.
For contracts for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires accordingly if you expressly consented to us beginning performance before the withdrawal period expires and confirmed your awareness of losing the right of withdrawal.
